Dr Malik’s Visionary Leadership

Dr Malik also known lovingly as Reverend Malik is an American philanthropist who has always tried his best to champion the causes of the downtrodden, the voiceless, and the deprived, so that an effective change may be brought about. He has spent close to a decade serving as an NGO representative to the United Nations and has spent the better part of his life standing up for social issues and raising voices on behalf of the marginalised.

Therefore, in accord with the guiding principles and vision espoused by Dr Bernard Malik, the management team at American College is committed in its endeavour to eliminate barriers, and implement and promote diversity through our academic framework, policies, special initiatives and proactive measures.

We at American College believe social justice necessitates that we value diversity, equity and inclusion. The management team at American College is committed to upholding and promoting the principles and practices of diversity, equity and inclusion as they strengthen the social and economic development, growth and well-being of our student population, our employees, and our local and international communities.

We are committed to upholding our social responsibility and making meaningful contributions towards creating an academic community that is just, non-discriminatory and equitable. We have created an environment of inclusion in teaching, learning, employment and support services so that we fully serve our communities and prepare students to excel in the workplace and in society.
