From 23 March 2024 all applications lodged for a Student or Temporary Graduate visa will be assessed under the New English Language Requirements.
- The minimum score to undertake a packaged English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS) course increases from IELTS 4.5 to 5.0 (or equivalent).
- Acceptable English language tests and minimum scores have increased and they are as follows:
